Hi, I'm Adarsh.
I like problems where the model is only half the work and the other half is a world that refuses to be tidy — drug discovery, legal AI, workplace search, and now the physical world.
Right now I'm leading ML at GATC Health, building state-of-the-art models for pharma. Before that I was co-founder at Adidem and founding PM at OSlash.
Lately my curiosity budget is going toward robotics & physical AI, large-scale electronics manufacturing, and farming.

All posts →Hardware's AWS moment
AWS let tiny software teams out-execute giants. I think hardware is having the same moment, and the next household name will run the software playbook: lean, fast, obsessed with the customer. On cheap parts, ripped-out moats, enshittification, and why it'll ship with a ten-year warranty.
The thinking-to-typing ratio
Why lean legal teams feel slow: the four retrieval modes behind a single 200-word email, the knowledge debt they quietly accumulate, and why the workspace, not the playbook, should be the source of truth.
